I love unit study's! They help my kid learn how to learn. Which I feel is one place that most schools fail. They try to get all kids to learn the exact same way. Creating an eager desire inside my child to learn the most important thing I can do as a Teacher and as Mom.
A unit study is something you can work with your child to learn the best way they do. You can add history, spelling, English math and other subjects all into one main focus of study.
For instance we are starting a unit study on the history of Christmas.
Tools that will be needed to help you create the unit study on Pinterest.
- Google Account with a drive account. Upload your file of material on your drive and share with your kids give them permission to change files.
- Create or open your pinterest - create a secret board to share with those in your school.
- Direct your kids in the learning process and help you learn how to upload their pictures.
Some other tools that might help
- Microsoft office or some other office to create documents that will help in the learning process
- Snipping tool to make anything on your computer into a picture.
- Picture and paper
- Photo Filtre free version.
